The i-site plate system for the fixation of midshaft clavicular fractures is a minimally invasive implant. The purpose of this study was to determine whether this implant was able to provide stable fixation for long periods of time. We prospectively evaluated 100 consecutive patients with a simple midshaft clavicular fracture who were treated with the i-site plate. The patients were evaluated clinically and radiographically for up to 1 year after the operation. All 100 patients were followed up for up to 1 year. There were no implant failures. There were no cases of nonunion and no infections. One patient developed an implant failure that required removal of the plate. The mean Constant score was 92.5 and the mean Rowe score was 95.6. The mean Constant score of 75 healthy volunteers was 91.2. Two patients had subacromial impingement caused by the screw of the plate. This occurred 2 months after the operation. No other complications were observed. According to our results, the i-site plate was able to provide satisfactory fixation for simple midshaft clavicular fractures.package org.knowm.xchange.bittrex.v2;
